In line at the Indiana Jones ride. After the part where they take your fast pass, you will see a small temple thing on the left with small barrels behind it. Right after that is a cave type thing with bamboo on the left. Reach your hand to the bottom left of the cave and you'll find an envelope. (Disney may do a thorough  job cleaning so its possible this is no longer there)
